SERVICES

  • Dr. Jackie is trained to know whether an adjustment is a suitable treatment option for you, and if so, which type will be the most effective. She utilizes a blend of manual adjustments, including the Diversified technique, the Thompson Drop table, and instrument-assisted adjustments. This approach ensures that every patient, regardless of age or condition, can benefit from adjustments that alleviate pain and improve function, all while prioritizing your safety.

  • Our clinic offers a comprehensive range of soft tissue therapy services aimed at providing effective pain relief and promoting faster healing. Modalities including ultrasound therapy, electric muscle stimulation, cupping, IASTM/.scraping, and trigger point therapy collectively offer numerous benefits for various musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Jackie will be happy to discuss which of these, if any, would support your treatment.

  • By incorporating exercises into your treatment plan, we aim to empower you to take an active role in your recovery and overall well-being. It's about addressing issues early and working on long-term solutions you can achieve outside of the office to keep you feeling your best. While never required, electing to receive an exercise plan made specifically with you and your symptoms in mind can not only help get you out of pain faster, but prevent relapses as well.

Meet Dr. Jackie

Jackie is an Iowa native, born and raised in La Porte City. Growing up a multi-sport athlete, chiropractic care played a large role in managing pain, preventing injury, and optimizing her performance. While studying for her Applied Health Science degree in San Diego, CA, she had the opportunity to work as a receptionist and therapy assistant at a chiropractic clinic. She was inspired by all the ways chiropractic care could benefit a person’s overall health and well-being. This led her to attending chiropractic school in Bloomington, MN where she was able to learn, grow, and spend over 1,000 hours treating patients in a clinical setting. Jackie has experience treating a wide variety of patients, from expecting mothers and infants to farmers and truckers, as well as athletes ranging from professional competitors to weekend warriors. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, working out, playing volleyball, and exploring nature with her partner, Sully and their two dogs, Bunker and Lady. Jackie has fallen in love with the driftless area of Northeast Iowa and is overjoyed to live in and serve Allamakee County and its surrounding areas.
